Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. download something so that you get the bar at the bottom 
2. open some content in full screen like a youtube video
3. exit full screen and the downloads turn to black, white, or other glitches

What is the expected behavior?

I've tried to reproduce on purpose and I wasn't able to do it, but I'm certain this happens when exiting full screen mode.
