Steps
1. Enable Flag: chrome://flags/#enable-hotword-hardware
2. Setup Flag Settings
3. Say: Ok Google and click off the speak now box or press the search button. (Must be done on the Chrome OS desktop)

Expected Result:
Speak Now dialog box to disappear normally.

Instead:
Speak Now box flashes rapidly and or stays there with a ghostly looking appearance.

Additional Information:
To temporarily resolve this issue you can: open the launcher or open a new Chrome window.
