inserting an image in a link always remove the link [contenteditable, execCommand, blink]

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.13 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. demo: http://jsfiddle.net/crl/c5m94qcd/4/
2. see the html result, the <a> isn't there anymore
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
<a ...><img></a>

What went wrong?
<a> node is removed

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.13  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

it's done well on Firefox

Hello yosin, what's the status on it? I've recently seen that Firefox behave well http://jsfiddle.net/crl/c5m94qcd/11/, but Chrome 51.0.2700.0 dev-m (64-bit) still removes the link
