ChromiumOS SDK builds take ~2x longer on GCE.

Since switching the ChromiumOS SDK builder (https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromiumos/builders/chromiumos%20sdk) to a GCE instance, builds seem to be taking ~22hrs instead of the usual ~12. It's probably a good idea to beef up the GCE instance to bring this back in line with previous build speeds.

Someone on CrOS infra needs to reallocate a stronger GCE instance. Passing to akeshet@, since he's taken care of this sort of thing in the past.
