Implement XHR2 send(blob)

Reported by toni.ruo...@gmail.com, Aug 5 2010

Issue description

XmlHttpRequest level 2 specification defines an overloaded send method that can be used to send a blob. Being able to send a blob is particularly important as it is the only standard way so far that can be used to send binary data out from sandboxed javascript. When implemented it allows client-side web applications to access existing interfaces that require binary data as their input. This includes many interfaces for uploading files and other data to a server.

See http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/XMLHttpRequest-2/ for details.

This functionality is already present in the latest Chrome. Could someone mark this bug as fixed?
I believe the FileSystem API, when used with XHR2 will allow sandboxed javascript to send out named files. Haven't confirmed it yet.

This is present and working. responseBlob is still missing (afaik) in 9.0.583.0 .
