Since this is easy repro case, add dev blocker. Feel free to reduce, if not require.

For dev channel, we could survive with this crash. I'm moving it as beta blocker.
Status: Fixed
This should be fixed by https://crrev.com/7d1acb93c21c842cd52c4f3a9e2d0c93d0183d5a; no longer repro-able, and no crashes seen in 44.0.2386+. Re-open if resurfaces.

Re #6
Still happens in latest Dev:
Version 44.0.2385.3 dev (64-bit)
Platform 7019.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel parrot_freon
Firmware Google_Parrot.2685.37.0
Submitting startup logs might not help. Once system becomes stable [after cold restart], the issue disappears.

@10 - the fix went into version 44.0.2386.0, so that's to be expected. Should be fixed in canary, and probably the next dev release.
rdevlin.cronin: what's the workaround to recover from this?

Works fine in Chrome 44.0.2388.4/ CrOS 7025.0.0- kip, Peppy(touch)
