Issue 45751: CSS: -webkit-box-shadow inset doens't display properly on Windows

Issue description

Google Chrome	5.0.375.55 (Official Build 47796)
WebKit	533.4
User Agent	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/533.4 (KHTML, like 
Gecko) Chrome/5.0.375.55 Safari/533.4
Command Line	"C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Google Chrome OSX: 5.0.375.55 (Official Build 47796) - OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an html element ( <div> )
2. apply style:"-webkit-box-shadow: inset 0 2px 1px rgba(0,0,0, 1)"
3. compare results - Correct on OSX / Not on Windows

What is the expected result?
Shadow is within element

What happens instead?
Odd display behavior. Shadow falls outside element, and is blocky.
