Issue 455422: Change chrome omnibox search chip to grey

Reported by kalman@chromium.org, Feb 4 2015 Project Member

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to google.com
2. Type "google" in the omnibox then press Tab
3. Notice the "Search Google" blue chip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The chip should be grey because that's Chrome's predominant colour now. It used to be blue, which is why the chip is blue.

See https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=453093#c22

Well, the blue thing is what I _think_, it's not guaranteed fact :)

In any case, this is sgabriel's to see if he agrees with the rationale and, if so, to provide updated assets.

The chip is fine for now. I hope to revisit it but it would be Google branded (blue search), not grey.

Ok. If you want to leave this bug open for that then cool, otherwise, I won't be offended if you WontFix it. You may want to change the title if the former.

I'll close this one for now. Thanks for looking into this.
