Issue 42656: chrome doesn't render box-shadow properly when used with border-radius

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 5.0.389.0
Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x : renders correctly, no pointy box
Behavior in Firefox 3.x: same, renders correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apply border-radius to an element
2. apply box-shadow to an element
3. observe the ugly pointy box-shadow leftovers sticking out past the round

forgot to mention; this applies to Linux Chromium, not sure how this looks on other
systems as I don't have access.

after some tinkering I found that this only happens when using the INSET flag on

-webkit-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 0 0 #62b1e9, inset 0 -1px 0 0 #206bcb;

removing INSET, while it changes the appearance all together, removes the weird box
from the rounded corners
