Issue 40579: Audio/video elements do not respect right to left layouts

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 5.0.366.2
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 4: have not native OGG player
  Firefox 3.x: OK, have not any problem and it is a great thing!!!
           IE: audio tag is not supported
        Opera: OK, native player have not any problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open this(or any html5 audio on RightToLeft websites):
2. Play button is moved on other side of player!!!(main direction:rtl; is 
effected on player!!!)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if

Simplest ever patch for this bug is putting "audio, video { direction: ltr; }" or some fixed positioning style same ".playbutton { right:0; }" (same something I guess is available for volume indicator) on useragent style sheets. I don't know why this really simple bug not fixed over one year.
