Issue 35215: Implement layoutTestController.numberOfPages()

Issue description

Hamaji added this method in webkit r54533.  It needs a new method in 

I am filing this bug before I check in the webkit update so I can get a bug 
number for test_expectations.

I vaguely remember a CL for Chromium for this... or did I dream this up? :)

Status: Fixed
Dimitri, recently I added two functions (pageForElementById and numberOfPages) and 
they are similar. I guess this is the reason why you are confused :)

Anyway, done.
