about:memory should not mention other browsers on ChromeOS

Issue description

Google Chrome OS:
Google Chrome: 5.0.307.1

To reproduce:
  Navigate to about:memory

Expected result:
  No mention of other browsers

Actual result:
  "Note: if other browser (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari..."
