Issue 33415: "Ctrl +Shift + I" hightlights only body tag

Chrome Version       : 5.0.307.1 (Official Build 37331) dev

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4:
Firefox 3.x:
IE 7:
IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome
2. goto
3. press Ctrl +Shift + I 

What is the expected result?What happens instead?
"body" tag is always highlighted on Developer Tools. The selected element 
should be highlighted.

Testing Environment : OpenSuse 11.1/64bit

This works as intended. Ctrl + Shift + I is a shortcut for "Developer tools" item in 
the main menu. It is not related to the context menu's "Inspect Element".
