Style editor - popup for 'box-shadow' does not contain 'none'

Reported by vkhomyac...@gmail.com, Jan 8 2014

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/31.0.1650.63 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect any page element in Dev Tools
2. Add rule 'box-shadow' to the style of element
3. View list of possible values for 'box-shadow'

What is the expected behavior?
List of values should contain 'none' as stated in http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/#the-box-shadow

What went wrong?
List of values for 'box-shadow' contains 'inherit', 'initial', 'navy' etc. but does not contain 'none'.

Did this work before? No
