aria-hidden ignored by VoiceOver on children of button

Reported by zachleat...@gmail.com, Dec 10 2013 Back to list

Issue description

Chrome Version : Version 31.0.1650.63
OS version : 10.9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This text should not be read aloud Submit Test case here: http://jsbin.com/urAfuREt
2. Use VoiceOver

What is the expected result?
It should not read aria-hidden text. This works as expected in Safari (but is also broken in Firefox)

What happens instead?
It reads the aria-hidden text aloud.
