window.external.AddSearchProvider('URL') shows no UI on Mac
Project Member Reported by pkasting@chromium.org, Dec 8 2009 Back to list
According to another Googler (haven't tested this myself),
window.external.AddSearchProvider() doesn't display any UI on Mac, whereas on
Windows it displays the "add a search engine" dialog box.

This works for me on 9.0.597.94. I've attached a sample HTML file I tried it with.

Not sure if this should be marked as Invalid or Fixed.
