vw with calc() is not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/28.0.1500.72 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an element with any width
2. Give it a height of "calc(50vw+200px)"

What is the expected behavior?
The height of the element will be 50%+200px of the viewport width

What went wrong?
The height is ignored.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes Firefox 22

Chrome version: 28.0.1500.72  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800

Able to repro this issue on Win7,chrome 28.0.1500.72 (Official Build 211400) m,30.0.1572.1 (Official Build 212837) canary Aura,and on Macbook air 10.8.4 with chrome canary 30.0.1572.0

Not a regression, issue existing from M24 build.
