Issue 254621: Navigating away from an unpacked chrome extension while the console is open crashes chrome

Reported by beamneoc...@gmail.com, Jun 26 2013

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open an unpacked extension
2. Right click on the button, hit 'inspect popup'
3. While the console is still open, click somewhere in chrome to close the popup
4. Click on the still open console window (which references a popup window that's gone).

What is the expected behavior?
The console should probably shut itself after its window disappears.

What went wrong?
The entire browser crashed

Crashed report ID: no

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 27.0.1453.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.8.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700

I've tried this both in fullscreen and not (Mac OSX 10.8)

This seems to work fine in latest stable - 28.0.1500.71
Note: I could reproduce the issue using previous stable - 27.0.1453.116.

@Beamneocube, once you confirm that this issue doesn't occur for you in latest stable, I will close the bug.
