When the region for browser actions is too small, we should have an overflow
menu to access the actions.

This idea is being thrown around in this discussion thread:
http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-
extensions/browse_thread/thread/cf2803e3a8425615?pli=1

Somebody posted an idea for an extension browser action that you click in order to
show the rest of the browser actions. What if it looked something like Chrome OS's
menu: http://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/user-experience (Look under Screenshots)

What if there was a browser action similar to the menu button, so when you click it,
the rest of the browser actions show up in a nice, elegant grid?

Thanks for the suggestions. We have a pretty good idea about what we want to do here.
This feature was just deferred due to time constraints with the current release. We
hope to get to it soon after this release has shipped.
Yet another idea is a behaviour like the notification area in Windows' taskbar - most-
used area with a button that extends the area while it is focused.
I understand that this is probably a separate issue, but it would be nice to have an
option to hide browser actions. i.e. I have an adblocker that supports user lists, but
I don't add my own rules, so I don't need to see the browser action.

something like win7's 'Notification Area Icons' would be nice.
You know it is really funny that the number one problem I'm having with chrome is that
I can't see all my extension at once hence making many of them completely worthless,
that and I can seem to get speed tracer to work at all. Keep up all the awesome work
I'm sure this will all be fixed by the time the current netbook I'm using is completely
obsolete.
