Reported by vivianz@chromium.org, Oct 30 2012

Issue description

Version:24.0.1312.0 (Official Build 164863) canary
OS: Win7, Mac OSX 10.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.launch Chrome
2.navigate to http://jsfiddle.net/MmmQ4/7/
3. click down arrow to expand datalist menu
4. select "Other"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the calendar start to flick badly in Windows, in Mac, it does not flick, but just show up for a second and disappear.

Calendar should display properly without flicking or disappear.

I run the bisect tool twice since the flicking calendar was not reproduce right away in the earlier builds. 2 bisect run gave me different result. I take the 2nd run result, believe this should be accurate. please use the bisect result as reference only.
