RTL text passed to alert() but too long to display on a single line is displayed LTR on Windows

Reported by aharon.l...@gmail.com, Sep 5 2012

Issue description

Version: Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m
OS: Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached html file on Chrome on Windows.

What is the expected output?
Each of the three paragraphs in the dialog should end with an exclamation mark on the left end of the last line.

What do you see instead?
The single-line paragraphs come out fine. The wrapped paragraph in the middle comes out with the exclamation mark on the right (i.e. LTR).

Does not reproduce on Chrome on Linux. Does not reproduce on FF or IE9.
