HTTP-ACCEPT order change request
Reported by camarofl...@gmail.com, Jun 1 2009
Chrome Version : 188.8.131.52 Please change the ordering of the HTTP_ACCEPT header in Google Chrome. The current output is: application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/* ;q=0.5 It should be: text/html,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,imag e/png,*/*;q=0.5 (For some websites, the ordering of the first set determines the output Content-Type of the page. In the above case we are receiving XML output instead of HTML output because of this ordering problem.) - Should be a simple fix. Thanks!!! :)

Is there any ETA on this issue? Is it being considered for fixing?

This has been fixed, although I don't know when. Chrome 22.0.1229.0 shows Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
