 internal flash plugin not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a site that has flash

What is the expected result?
for video playback to work

What happens instead?
chrome states missing plugin.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/535.24 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1055.1 Safari/535.24

Ubuntu 12.04 64bits repository plugin works, downloaded .so version from adobe site works. just having chrome internal plugin enable doesnt.

I spoke to you on #ubuntu-mozillateam. Did not realise you were using Chromium, you stated you were using Chrome. Chromium relies on an external flash plugin, as does FF, internal flash is available with Chrome.

I'm using Chrome.
I don't think I have chromium installed in that machine, but I'll have to
check

it's chrome, not chromium

i've been using chrome own flash plugin.
no problem there

/opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
