Using JS's resizeTo hides a popup

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 18.0.1025.33
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) : Could be also reproduced with CKFinder popup mode ( - second demo tab).
Other browsers tested:
    Chrome 17: OK
     Safari 5: OK
  Firefox 4.x: OK
         IE 9: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached TC (Note: the popup should not stay open if you retry the TC).

What is the expected result?
Popup opens and shown.

What happens instead?
Popup opens but is not shown. There are no errors in console.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
 - If a popup with the same name is already open (e.g. after refreshing the page), the script will work.
 - Did not try Mac or Linux.
 - Regression from Chrome 17.

Status: WontFix
This works on 19.0.1068.0. If pop-up blocker is set in content settings then there are no pop-ups but if it's turned off then there is a pop-up. 
This issue appeared again in Chrome 20.
